| Booking Conditions |
| Telephone bookings remain firm for a period of five working days pending return of booking form and deposit. A deposit of one quarter of the full price secures your booking with the remainder payable 28 days before your holiday. |
| The hirer shall be responsible for the remainder of the rent |
| The cottage is available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival to 9.45am on the day of departure. |
| If for any reason it is not possible to take up the reservation the whole rent is payable. If however sufficient notice is given to enable the cottage to be re-let your money will be returned, less a handling charge of £20 and any expenses incurred. |
| Any damage must be reported and paid for. Guests will be sent a bill for any damage or breakages not reported & found when cleaning the cottage. |
